  • 1988 – Began Training Ving Tsun with Master Sunny Tang in Scarborough
  • 1991 – Brought Ving Tsun to Hamilton / Stoney Creek with opening of own school
  • 1991 – Canadian / Chinese Kuo Shu Championship, silver medalist
  • 1992 – Canadian / Chinese Kuo Shu Championship, gold medalist
  • 1995 – Part of Team Canada, participated in 52 country San Shou full contact world championship in Baltimore U.S.A.
  • 1996 – Part of Team Canada, participated in San Shou full contact Pan American Wu Shu championship in Argentina. Bronze medalist.
  • 1996-2001 – Has appeared in various movies as a martial arts fighter
  • 1999 – Opened Ving Tsun Centre in Stoney Creek Ontario
  • 2000 – Pan American Wu Shu Championships Manaus, Brazil: International San Shou Judge, June 2000
  • 2000 – Attained Gold Sash (3rd degree)
  • 2002 – The Confederation of Canadian Wushu Organizations officially conferred the International level 7, Masters degree on Chris Hader , October 12th, 2002
  • 2002 – Performed solo at grand opening of Yip Man Tong Museum in Fatshan, China, November 2002
  • 2003 – Canadian national Team Trials, Ving Tsun Division: Gold Medalist in Bui Chee form, October 2003
